This couple was an absolute blast to work with! Kirsten’s positive energy and enthusiasm was totally infectious and really shows in the video. Between the grand entrance dance, Amare’s garter toss intro dance and Kirsten’s choreographed father / daughter dance, there was no shortage of great moments. Also they allowed plenty of time for photos and video which really pays off. We also can’t say enough nice things about the Villa de Amore. Such a great venue! Everything is in one place, the staff are amazing, the weather was perfect and there are tons of great places to film. Hope to work there again soon.

We had a blast filming this wonderful couple’s wedding in Temecula. I know he gets this all the time, but the groom is a serious doppelgänger for David Schwimmer and even shares the same first name. It’s really uncanny. :-) This is one of the first single videographer weddings we’ve filmed in awhile. It’s always good to challenge yourself once in awhile. I was actually surprised at how much I was able to capture all on my lonesome. :-) Clearly not all backyards are created equal. The wedding and reception was held at the Claire’s parent’s house which could honestly pass as a legit wedding venue. The place is amazing. Special thanks to Michelle from Evelyn Francesca Events and Design for helping to make the day run smoothly as always. Fun wedding!

This wedding had so many great details from the live portrait painting of the ceremony, to the cigar bar, and of course the fresh hops mixed in with the flowers. First time I’ve seen that. What could be more San Diego than craft beer? Vista Valley Country Club is always a fun place to film a wedding video, tucked away nicely amongst the California oaks and hills. We also really love the imported vintage French gates and the whole ceremony area.  Brianna and Nick were amazing to work with and super enthusiastic for the whole day. Their energy and love really came out in the video. Congrats you guys!

We had so much fun filming this creative wedding at the Catamaran Resort Hotel in Pacific Beach. Carly and Jordan put so much personality into all parts of the wedding. We especially liked the vinyl turntable at the reception with guest’s seating charts printed on 45 rpm records. You could definitely feel the love of all their friends and family. Filming alongside Next to Me Studios Photography (no pun intended) was great! And of course Events Inspired were fabulous, as always!

We can’t say enough good things about this fun couple! From our first meeting and throughout the entire wedding video process they were so open, enthusiastic and a blast to work with. Side note… for some reason we have had a lot of people coming from the field of psychology this year (5 or 6 I think). Anyway, apparently psychologist make great wedding vow and card writers :-) because we have had some great ones this year. Needless to say, since they are both psychologists we had excellent vows and narrative to work with. As videographers trying to create a compelling story of the wedding day, we lean heavily on the these elements for the narrative structure of the wedding film, which is why we always encourage personal vows and writing cards to each other before the ceremony. We want to create the most personalized videos we can and the more couples open up and share during the wedding day the more unique and compelling the wedding video, we think.

Filming again at the Marriott Marquis Hotel at the San Diego Marina for both the ceremony and reception was a treat with it’s spectacular view of the Coronado Bridge, San Diego Harbor and twinkling lights of the city and bay at night. And working with Holly Ireland Photography is always a great time. Tamara and Nick really planned a great wedding!
