Wedding Video Pricing 2011
Package 1 – $1800
This package includes a second camera operator when you really need it, during the “getting ready” part of the day when the bride and groom are often at separate locations, and during the ceremony where you need 2 camera angles.
Includes:
* 2 cameras / 2 operators from the “getting ready” until beginning of reception & 1 camera / 1 operator at reception.
* 8 hours of consecutive coverage.
* Basic edit: 40 – 60 minute video edit with the full ceremony, toasts etc.
* 15 – 20 minute highlights of all the best moments
* Includes 3 DVD copies.
Package 2 – $2400
This package provides the most compelling video for the price. With full, 2 camera coverage throughout the day, all the events will be more exciting to watch, with more “once in a life time” moments captured.
Includes:
* 2 cameras and 2 operators.
* 8 hours of consecutive coverage.
* Interviews from your guests and family upon request.
* 3 DVD copies.
* Full length edit: 40 – 60 minute video edit with the full ceremony, toasts etc.
* 15 – 20 minute highlights of all the best moments.
Package 3 – $2900
This package includes the best coverage of all. To truly capture the entirety of your “once in a life time” day, 3 cameras are ideal. While it may seem like overkill, consider that while you guys are getting ready separately, the ceremony is being setup with all those details you worked so hard to design. While you are taking photos after the ceremony, the guests are at the cocktail party and the reception is being prepared. 3 cameras allows us to gather as many great moments as possible.
Includes:
* 3 cameras and 3 operators through the first dance of the reception, then 2 operators / 2 cameras for the rest of the reception.
* 8 hours of consecutive coverage
* Interviews from your guests and family upon request.
* 5 DVD copies.
* Basic edit: 40 – 60 minute video edit with the full ceremony, toasts etc.
* 15 – 20 minute highlights of all the best moments
Extras:
Love Story / Save the Date – This is probably the most creative video we offer. It’s basically a little documentary about the couple. The format is open-ended and can include stories about how you met and proposed. We can visit special locations, interview friends and family or re-enact scenes from movies. If you can dream it we can probably shoot it. Prices start at $200 / hour
Basic Montage Presentation – about 100 photos edited to the music of your choice to be shown at your reception. Includes large screen and high resolution projector. – $450
Same Day Edit – This montage will dazzle your guests when they see video clips and still images of your wedding just hours after it happened. We prepare a basic montage ahead of time and then weave in clips from the day at your reception. This is a huge crowd pleaser that your guests will remember. – $1200
Rehearsal Coverage – the wedding rehearsal and dinner often have many unforgettable moments, heartfelt speeches and funny bloopers. Strangely, they are often not captured on video. Don’t let these potentially great moments slip by (includes 4 hours of coverage). – $500
High Resolution Video Projector and 8’ Screen – $300

Digital Backup – your entire wedding and all footage backed up to an external hard drive. This is a great way to ensure that your wedding will be ready to transfer to whatever viewing technology the future offers. – $175 (free if you provide the hard drive)
